Receptionist - Administrator

The Receptionist/Administrator will work on a rotating, rostered basis from Monday to Friday, providing receptionist responsibilities and supporting administrative functions across each of Cutura’s work locations. The Receptionist/Administrator will deliver high quality customer service, build strong working relationships across the organisation and ensure the efficient coordination of Cultura’s administrative and customer service requirements.

 Duties

  • Greeting visitors and service participants to various Cultura work locations and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment is provided.
  • Take service participant related queries and link with the appropriate program areas.
  • Answer and direct all phone calls at reception to the relevant work area in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Managing incoming queries via phone, email and mail, and referring to the relevant area.
  • Manage stationery and office supplies, including stock taking ordering and distribution.
  • Assist with Cultura event coordination and promotional items both internally and externally as required.
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties to support the needs of the service delivery.
  • Undertake project administrative support as directed by the supervisor and/or General Manager.
  • Supporting reporting requirements to the relevant Managers and General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance for entry requirements for all work sites are maintained.
  • Complete spreadsheets and financial requirements such as petty cash/banking or receipting when required.
  • Ensure local meetings and room bookings are managed as per the accepted systems.
  • Provide support and a point of contact to external visitors and queries for internal colleagues.
  • Other duties as directed by the relevant supervisor.

Desirables

  • Knowledge of Urdu, Dari, Persian, Hazari would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work at multiple sites.
